Retail Smart touch pos a fost dezvoltat pentru a inlocui traditionalele sisteme POS, care includeau separat monitor, imprimanta, cititor carduri, client display, tastatura si PC, Retail Smart incluzand toate aceste periferice intr-unul singur, cu un design compact si elegant. Display-ul industrial de tip LED cu touchscreen elimina necesitatea utilizarii unui mouse si a unei tastaturi. IC card reader este inetgrat in partea dreapta a displayului, cititorul de card magnetic este inetegrat in fata la baza display-ului LED iar VFD, customer display este integrat in partea din spate a ecranului LCD. Imprimanta termica suporta role de hartie de 80mm si o viteza de 230mm/s. Toate aceste periferice integrate intr-un design compact si fara cabluri la vedere reduc timpul mentenanta si ocupa un spatiu redus, cat o foaie de hartie A4.

Reliable and Lightweight for Extreme Environments
To increase reliability and still maintain a light weight for easy mobility, FEC designed the chassis of Retail Smart with both aluminum and plastic. The aluminum base acts as a heat sink for the fan-less POS terminal while the plastic casing facilitates a 5.9 kg weight for carrying. To be more reliable and endure extreme environments. Its 10.4 inch LED display is lucid in outdoor environments (300nits) and provides a view angle of H160/ V140. The thermal printer is water resistant and motherboard is waterproof. Two covered USB ports permits high connectivity with optional wireless modules. Combined with a back up battery, Retail Smart can easily support a fully mobile opeation like a quick service cart vendor.
Green Product
In response to environmental trends, Retail Smart POS incorporated “Green” product concepts to reduce the amount of power that is consumed as well as reducing its carbon footprint. By using an LED screen as opposed to a LCD display, the power consumed by the display is reduced by 40% and under auto sleep mode Retail Smart consumes only 0.8 Watts of electricity. Retail Smart is made and shipped to the buyer as a 100% recyclable product including its packaging.
